What distinguishes our cosmetics production services?
Flexibility
We produce a wide range of care cosmetics: emulsions, liquids, scrubs, and solid products. We can package them in bottles, jars, airless packaging, polyethylene tubes, polypropylene tubes, and aluminum tubes. We can also foil cartons.
Standards
Not only do we comply fully with ISO 22716:2009 (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics) and IFS HPC, but our system is certified and audited annually by an internationally recognized organization – TÜV SÜD.
Quality control
Our quality assurance department checks product quality, monitors conditions, and continuously tests water, swabs from the air, equipment, and employee hands and clothes in our microbiology laboratory.
High-quality water
Most cosmetics contain water – sometimes at a very high concentration – so water quality is crucial. We use a modern water treatment plant with internal circulation, sterilization, and monitoring of purity parameters.
Meeting deadlines
As standard, we carry out production within 12 weeks of placing the order. We do not experience delays – except if there are global problems with the availability of raw materials necessary for production.
Experienced staff
We are a company that respects all its employees. A closely-knit, experienced team guarantees a quality service and does not cover up possible mistakes, which can be very costly if discovered later.
Documentation
We provide complete documentation for our production: batch and lot reports detailing defective components, microbiological test results, abbreviated stability tests, or inspection reports for packaged goods.
Reasonable prices
We strive to ensure that the cost of our services offers excellent value for money. We are not the cheapest, but, in return, we give high quality and peace of mind. Advantageous discounts are applied if ordering above the standard quantity (3000–7000 pieces).
Good logistics
We use specialized software to manage the stock of raw materials, taking into account the specifics of the industry, and we run our warehouse according to the Lean method. We maintain good relations with suppliers of raw materials.
Modern warehouse
We have a high storage warehouse with controlled environmental parameters. It is not only heated but also air-conditioned during the hottest days. A cold room is used for storing raw materials.
Laboratory support
Transfer technological processes from laboratory to process scale is a complex task. The production department is supported by our technologists, who are responsible for the successful implementation of each new product.
Only regular clients
We offer production services only to companies for which we develop brands. We avoid sudden orders for production only, which, despite additional earnings, would block the execution of orders for our regular clients. This approach enables us to meet our deadlines.
